Girling Anodized Aluminum Racing Brake Caliper Pistons
Genuine anodized aluminum caliper pistons for Girling racing brake calipers, high quality aluminum pistons fit into the caliper body and are surrounded by the piston seal. Most models only use 2 pistons, a couple of models use 4 per caliper.
These anodized aluminum pistons offer offer a very low thermal conductivity and naturally resist corrosion. Some models have a solid face, others feature cut outs to help reduce pad surface area for reduced thermal transfer where necessary, as well as better airflow and waisted internal dimesnions for weight saving.
