Racetech Temperature Strips
These self adhesive Racetech temperature strips are available in 7 temperature ranges, with each pack containing 10 strips, with an accuracy level of within 1%. These strips are simply applied directly to the any component you wish to measure.
To apply, give the component a quick clean off, stick the temperature strip on and it will go on to record the maximum temperature reached during operation.
If the strip is fully filled and the top temperature is exceeded, remove the strip and apply one from the next temperature range. For measuring the temperature of components like brake discs, where friction surfaces rule out the use of these strips, order a Racetech Temperature Paint Kit instead, ideal for the task.
