Staubli’s high performance air jack system lance plugs, very easy to connect, even with 40 bar of pressure and ensures the effectiveness of interventions especially during the race. Light and compact, the plug is completely integrated on the vehicle.
Designed to lift the car with the least effort, the Staubli air jack solution offers quick operation and optimum safety while lifting and lowering cars. Having chosen a fixed or adjustable lance unit, you'll also need a lance plug, which is fixed to the vehicle in a convenient position for operation.
Staubli offer two plug models for use with their air jack lance, they both have integrated venting, but one has a integral safety valve. Pushing the lance onto either plug model will introduce air / nitrogen pressure into the system and the vehicle will rise up to the full height on it's air jacks.
If you opt for the non-valved plug, the air lance has to remain connected to keep the car up, the valved version however can be disconnected and the car will remain up on it's jacks. To release and lower the car, simply disconnect the lance on the un-valved model or pull back the collar on the safety valved model and the pressure is released.
Staubli lances don't come with a plug, so you will require one or other of the valves described above for your system.
