Handcrafted in the USA by skilled craftsman, Safecraft Racing driver restraint nets are used by teams in top tier racing including GT, Nascar and WTCC to name just a few and are suitable for international competition use, with versions that meet FiA 8863/2013 and SFi 37.1 safety standards.
Safecraft's safety restraint nets use a unique, patented push button release for ease of emergency exit and driver changes. They are also fitted with a 'bright red lanyard' for easy grabbing, providing the driver with an additional, failsafe method of release.
These nets are made from Kevlar™ and should be mounted tight when installed, but don't have to be 'guitar string' tight, for them work correctly.
These easy access, push-button release versions of Safecraft nets, make them best suited to door aperture fitment, although they can be fitted within the car as a centre restraint net if desired. However the 8011-K models, with their ratchet fastener attachement, are typically the choice for the centre of the vehicle.
