It provides a 'die' to strip either 8mm Heli-Core or 8.5mm Super Conductor Wire, then can be used in a vice to provide a solid terminal crimp to the wire. Not recommended for long-term or multiple use (the Pro-Crimp tool would be better suited for these applications).
