Braille i34CS Intensity Carbon Lithium Battery. The i34CS battery has the same size as a standard Group 34 battery, weighs 17.5lbs and is packed with the max power possible. Braille's Lithium-Ion Technology produces a battery with more power that is lighter, stronger and more efficient.
Upto 50% lighter, Braille Lithium delivers a higher, cleaner voltage which improves the performance of every electrical component and has shown to provide:
Quicker starting, a full volt higher than lead and less voltage drop during crankingImproved engine management and data logging performance, through more stable voltageLess horsepower draw from the alternator due to efficient charging, 5x faster than leadLasts 3-5 times longer, especially under the harshest environmentsMuch more reliable, with the lowest failure rates on the marketSignificant weight savings, typically up to 1/2 the weightWhat's more these batteries don’t self-discharge, so if the battery is disconnected (no draw or via power disconnect switch), they can sit for over a year and still have over 13 volts to start the vehicle.

Braille Intensity Carbon lithium batteries come in 3 common Group sizes (34, 48 and 49) as well as a low-profile (2 inches shorter) version in the CE model. Direct drop in upgrade that is 100% compatible with ALL standard charging systems and can also be used in race cars with a 'Total Loss' (no alternator) setup. A lithium charger is required to keep batteries charged on vehicles with a parasitic draw (computer, alarm, etc.) but with no draw, Braille lithium batteries can sit for a year and still be at 90% state of charge. Braille is the only American made 'Race Grade' lithium battery on the market used by more OEM factory and purpose built race cars, professional race series and also spec lithium battery in several cases around the world!
With an annual failure rate of less than 1/2 of 1% (those caused by abuse, improper maintenance, etc.), you can have the most reliable lithium battery on the market with over a decade of actual use on race and street cars for any vehicle you have!! There is a difference between the other 'consumer grade' lithium batteries with a bunch of 'bells and whistles' that don't match up to the performance and reliability of Braille 'race grade' batteries....our pedigree, racing history and customers speaks for itself!! Call Raceparts USA with any questions you may have as to which battery is right for your vehicle based on goals, usage, goals, etc.
